Missing Channels Troubleshooting Guide

This guide is designed to offer assistance in the event of missing channels, it involves a straightforward process that requires you to provide some essential information.

If your issue isn't appearing in the Network Status, it's best to try the troubleshooting steps below. Missing channels are usually caused by antenna or setup faults, so following the steps below should help resolve this issue.

Power off and Unplug

Please check that you've got your antenna cable connected properly to your TV, set top box or PVR. Here are some quick instructions to try.

     1. Turn off your devices.

     2. Unplug everything at the back of the TV/Device

     3. Reconnect everything, make sure no cables are loose.

     4. Power the device back on.

Power off and Unplug didn't work?

No worries, we have some more tricks up our sleeves. The next step would be to try retuning the TV or device you are using. Here's a general guide to tuning in your TV. 

Retune didn't work either?

If you are still having a problem, we suggest calling the manufacturer for assistance (the phone number should be in the packaging or on the product guide). If this doesn't solve the problem, then call an installer.

If you have purchased a non-approved digital receiver, we suggest you contact the person you purchased it from for assistance.

Parliament TV no audio, Non-Android Panasonic TV's only: We have been made aware that Parliament TV does not have audio on non android Panasonic TV's when using the streaming platform. This is being investigated.
